Effective Date: April 2026 | Platform: Presenex HRMS SaaS Enterprise
By registering for an account, accessing, or utilizing the Presenex HRMS platform ("Service"), your organization ("Tenant", "Company", "Customer") agrees to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you are accepting on behalf of an entity, you warrant that you possess the necessary legal authority to bind that entity.
Presenex grants your organization a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the HRMS software modules—including Employee Records, Biometric & QR Attendance, Leave Approvals, Asset Management, and Document Vaults—strictly in accordance with your active subscription or trial tier.
Each tenant is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their administrative credentials, Delegate Access permissions, and OTPs. Presenex is not liable for unauthorized operations resulting from compromised administrative accounts or negligent sharing of access keys.
Standard trial access is provided for fourteen (14) days. Upon expiration of trial or paid periods, administrative dashboards and employee self-service terminals will enter a locked state until a valid license key (PX-XXXXXXXXXXXX) is applied. Tenant databases will be preserved for a grace period of 90 days before archival purge.
Presenex maintains an enterprise availability target of 99.8% uptime. Scheduled maintenance, critical security patches, and force majeure events may temporarily affect availability with prior notice where practicable.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Presenex and its parent entities shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, loss of business revenue, or employment disputes arising out of the interpretation of automated attendance logs or leave records generated by the platform.
Last Updated: April 2026 | Compliance: Enterprise Data Security Standards
To deliver real-time workforce tracking, compliance reporting, and user authentication, Presenex HRMS processes the following categories of data:
Collected records are processed exclusively for: (a) automated calculation of employee working hours and leave balances; (b) detecting and preventing unauthorized login attempts or biometric spoofing; (c) sending transactional security alerts and OTP verifications; and (d) generating organizational analytics for authorized corporate officers.
Presenex employs strict logical tenant partitioning. All database queries, attendance verifications, and document storage paths are structurally segregated by unique company_id constraints, preventing cross-tenant data visibility or unauthorized crossover.
We utilize session-based authentication cookies (attendance_token and standard PHP session cookies) solely for credential validation, cross-portal navigation, and preventing replay attacks. No third-party tracking or advertising cookies are embedded within the application.
Tenants retain ownership of all workforce data entered into the system. Authorized administrators may export, modify, or submit requests for complete workspace purges upon termination of service by contacting support@presenex.in.
